Couple in isolation pen genius coronavirus song while stuck at home

A couple who are stuck at home in quarantine attempted to overcome their boredom by penning a hilarious song about the coronavirus

Lauren Mason, 27, and partner Chris Hardy, 43, who live in Guildford, Surrey, set their clever lyrics to a mash-up of the Kelis song Trick Me and No Scrubs by TLC.

The couple, who have been together for two years and regularly perform as the duo  at open mic nights, shared a video of them performing the track to It's since notched up more than 4,500 views and dozens of shares, with many people commenting on how it's cheered them up while they're stuck indoors.

'They tested negative at first, then positive the next day,' she said. 'As soon as we found out, Chris closed his office and I packed up my laptop and left my office. 'That was last Friday - and the last time we have been outside since!'
